Shipping material/Procedure

Check

(1) Install the SIMM PCB onto the

printer controller PCB. (outer slot).

(2) Install the mounting bracket.

(2 screws)

(3) Install the printer memory.

(1) Remove the copier rear cover.

(7 screws)

(2) Remove the blind plate.

(1 screws)

(1) Install the controller cooling fan

onto the printer controller mount-

ing bracket. (Use upper side of the

holes.) (2 screws)

Note: Make sure that the label on

the cooling fan is facing to-

wards the rear side of the

machine.

(2) Connect the cooling fan harness.

(3) Install the harness in the locking

wire saddle.

(2) Installation

Remove all shipping materials before installation.

Caution: Make sure the copier is unplugged before installation.
