Press MENU/EXIT (PAUSE) button to enter the Menu mode.

Press (CONTINUE) or (CANCEL) button until the desired menu is
displayed.

Press ENTER button to enter the item menu.

Press (CONTINUE) or (CANCEL) button until the desired item is displayed.

Press ENTER button.

Perform one or more of the following procedures (A, B, C) to configure your
printer.

To exit the Menu mode, press the MENU/EXIT (PAUSE) button.

If you need to change a different menu, repeat the steps 1 - 7 above.
[A] When the menu does not have any lower-level menu (Test Page):
The printer starts printing a page or your selected menu is activated, then the printer exits the
Menu mode and
Ready is displayed.
[B] When the menu has lower-level menu:
Select your desired lower-level menu using the (CONTINUE) or (CANCEL) button, and
ENTER button.
• If you have entered another lower-level menu, then perform the above procedure once again.
When the numerical value needs to be entered, refer to the procedure [
C
] .
[C] When the numerical value needs to be entered:
Select your desired value using (CONTINUE) (increase) or (CANCEL) (decrease) button,
then press ENTER button to activate your selection.
NOTE:
• For details on the Network Protocol Setup, refer to “Network”.
• To exit the Menu mode at any stage, press the
MENU/EXIT (PAUSE) button.
