Print Format
Selects a default paper size.
If Auto, Tray1, Tray2 or Tray3 is selected in the Paper Source menu of the Tray menu, Letter,
Legal, A4, B5 (JIS) can be selected.
If MPT is selected in the Paper Source menu of the Tray menu, Letter, Legal, Executive, A4, A5,
B5 (JIS), ENV. #9, ENV. #10, ENV. Monarch, ENV. C5, ENV. C6, ENV. DL, Custom can be
selected.

Custom Size Unit
Selects unit for Custom paper size. Inch (inches) or mm (millimeters) is available.

Custom X Size
Selects width (vertical to paper feed direction) for Custom paper size depending on the selection
of the Custom Size Unit.
Inch: 3.6 to 8.5 in 0.1 step
mm: 90 to 216 in 1 step

Custom Y Size
Selects height (horizontal to paper feed direction) for Custom paper size depending on the
selection of the Custom Size Unit.
Inch: 5.9 to 14.0 in 0.1 step
mm: 148 to 356 in 1 step

Image Reduction
If the printer is not equipped with the optional memory, in the Enhance mode or Duplex mode the
Memory Overflow error may occur and it causes the deterioration of the image quality. The printer
automatically controls the print quality to prevent the Memory Overflow error by turning on the
Image Reduction. The printer panel indicates Image Reduction when the feature is working.
