If the Memory Print is turned on when printing a document, the print job is saved in the printer’s hard
disk drive. You can print copies of your document by accessing the job saved in the printer’s hard disk
drive. The saved job can be printed using the
Menu Mode
of the printer (
see “Performing Memory
Print (Windows Only)” on page 54
) or
HDD Utility
. Be sure no documents are being printed while
spooling a print job in the printer.
Perform the Memory Print according to the following outline steps:
1. Spool a print job in the printer.
Refer to
“Printing and Spooling a Print Job” on page 217
. Select
Memory Print
instead of
selecting Check and Print. The document is NOT printed when printing the document at step 4.
2. Print the desired copies of the document (see the steps below).
The print job saved in the hard disk drive is remained until it is deleted.

Display the HDD Utility window (

Display the HDD Spooler window (double click the printer).
Memory Print data are displayed in the Memory Print Document area.

Double click a print job in the Memory Print Document area.

The Copies window is displayed.

Enter the number of copies.
