Macintosh

Windows

Basics

Selects DHCP or sets the addresses manually used by the TCP/IP protocol.

■

DHCP

DHCP automatically requests an IP Address for the printer from a DHCP server by selecting
Enable.

■

IP Address / Subnet Mask / Default Gateway

Manually sets each item. If the DHCP is enabled, these menus will not appear.

Use the

(CANCEL)

(CONTINUE)

and

ENTER

buttons for the setting.

(CANCEL) button:

Decreases the numerical value

(CONTINUE) button:

Increases the numerical value

ENTER button:

Sets the value or moves the cursor to right

■

Session Time Out

Sets the value of the Session Time Out (0 to 2400).

■

Password Reset

Resets the password to use the Network Setup Tool (refer to the “Network” section).

■

Factory Reset

Resets the NW Protocol Setup menu to the factory default settings.
