Pattern Irradiation (pattern 9)
You can register up to four UV intensities, then switch between them via external signals. This method
can be used if the irradiation time and UV intensity must be changed in accordance with the state of
the work.

Operate the "POWER" switch and switch to pattern mode/set pattern 9 from the operation panel
(see pp 27-29).
・
For pattern 9, only set the UV intensity (%) for steps 0 to 3.

Use pin 9 (MANUAL START signal) to start and stop irradiation, and pins 14 and 15 to select
steps 0 to 3.
