1. Connect the Digital Volt Meter (+) to TP1 and (-)
to TP14, and adjust VR2 so that the voltage is in
the specification.
2. Connect the Digital Volt Meter (+) to TP2 and (-)
to TP14, and adjust VR3 so that the voltage is in
the specification.

1. Set the 2

bit of DIP SW1 on the VOUT/SYS
Board to the ON position.
2. Set the “LOCAL/MENU/REMOTE” switche on the
rigit upper side of the front panel to the MENU
position.
3. Supply a DC Power from DC Supply to the XLR 4
pin connector on the rear panel as shown in the
figure below.
4. Connect the Digital Volt Meter to the DC Power
Supply as shown in the figure below.
5. Adjust the voltage of the DC power Supply so that
the voltage is 12.00V ± 0.02V.
6. Open the Service Menu and select H00: OTHER
ADJUST (H21: UNDERCUT ADJ).
7. Continually pushing the MODE button until the
display is updated.
8. To return the main menu, press the PAGE and
MODE buttons together.
9. Return the LOCAL/MENU/REMOTE switch to the
LOCAL position, and 2

bit of DIP SW2 to the
“OFF” position.
<CAUTION>
1. Disconnect an AC cable and make this
adjustment with DC Power. Supply.
2. This adjustment should be performed after
completion of the Paragraph “1-1. Output Voltage
Adjustment”.
<Confirmation of Under Cut Operation>
1. After completion of the above adjustment, confirm
the “Under Cut Operation”
2. Make sure that the Optional IF Boards
AJ-YA120AG and AJ-YAD120AG are installed. If
not, install them according to the Operation
Instraction.
3. Supply DC 12.00V from DC Power Supplier to the
XLR 4 pin connector and connect the digital volt
meter as shown in the above figire.
4. Turn on the VTR power and insert a cassette tape,
and place the VTR in the STOP mode.
5. Observe the VTR condition while decrease the
voltage at the XLR connector for 10.60V
± 0.20V.
6.
Confirm that the VTR changes to Auto Eject and then
Auto Off mode.
7. If it does not, perform the adjustment steps 1 to 9
again.
