7.1 SAFETY

7.1.1 Before maintenance

Before any maintenance or adjustments are performed on the machine, we recommend you to make a con-
ference call to your local dealer or Orkel AS. All repair work shall be carried out by a skilled mechanic.

7.1.2 Safety precautions during maintenance and mechanical adjustments

NOTE: Due to your own safety, Orkel AS recommends that all repair- and maintenance work on the machine is
done in daylight conditions or equivalent.

If you fail to comply with instructions given it could result in personal injury or loss of life.

The PTO/Tractor must be stopped before any repair work or maintenance is carried out.

The hydraulic safety valves on the chamber door lifting cylinders [K2 and K3], must be closed before
anyone enters the chamber.
