8.1 TROUBLESHOOTING
This section describes the messages that identify operating situations of the
Keratron™ Nova that have not been previously described in the manual.

Keratron™ Nova does not turn on
The apparatus is not
powered correctly:
The network cable is
not connected
Check the network
cable, and if its
connection intact
The power supply is
broken
Check whether the
power supply green light
is on.
Mire cone absent
Mire cone not properly
inserted
Check the correct
insertion of the mires cone
connectors and if
necessary carry out a new
calibration.
No images are sent to the PC via Ethernet
Probable
misconfiguration
Carry out the setup of
the addresses as per
paragraph 9.4
