You can also choose which eye is under investigation, clicking on [OD] or [OS] (right
eye or left eye) during the live acquisition phase; this information is shown in the
lower left of the image, in red colour (OD) and blue (OS).
The device does not automatically recognize the eye under investigation, this
must be selected by the operator. An erroneous eye selection will lead to a wrong
diagnosis.
On the right sidebar an arrow pointing up (
▲) indicates the getting closer to the eye,
while the upper ones, with the arrows pointing down (▼), indicate the getting farther
from the eye; if the arrow changes direction pointing upwards means it has exceeded
the exact point of focus. When the
OK
indicator lights up the proper focus has been
achieved; also a red yellow and green colouring of the bar is inserted in order to
