7-13 Monitoring Controller Status

This section describes how to display the status of Safety CPU Unit that is connected to Safety CPU
Unit online or the status when the Simulator is connected.

Controller Status Monitor

Control status monitoring is used to display the status of the connected Safety CPU Unit or Simulator
in the Controller Status Pane. The Controller Status Pane is displayed when the Sysmac Studio is on-
line or the Simulator is connected.

Displaying the Controller Status Pane

The Controller Status Pane is displayed in place of the Toolbox in the lower right corner of the window
when the Safety CPU Unit is online or the Simulator is connected.

Expansion Operations in the Controller Status Pane

Use the buttons (

) in the title bar of the Controller Status Pane to switch between the basic

and detailed views.
