POSSIBILI INCONVENIENTI TROUBLESHOOTING
THE MACHINE IS SHAKING
CAUSES REMEDIES
The blade is unbalanced.
Damaged teeth.
The machine is not level.
The blade has been damaged owing to violent impact
and is therefore transmitting a shaking motion to the
spindle. The blade needs to be replaced.
Blades without some of their teeth are unbalanced.
Balance the blade.
Make sure all four feet are correctly adjusted and resting
on a surface capable of withstanding the weight of the
machine.

Perni pivottamento del supporto motore-mandrino non
lubrifi cati.
Guarnizioni del cilindro rovinate.
Regolazione cilindro ineffi cace.
Lubrifi care i perni di pivottamento.
Verifi care l’effi cienza delle guarnizioni scollegando il
tubo pneumatico inferiore del cilindro; con l’alimenta-
zione pneumatica inserita se si nota fuoriuscita di aria
dal raccordo inferiore sostituire il kit di guarnizioni.
Verifi care l’effi cienza dei regolatori ruotando le viti di
regolazione. Se non si dovesse notare nessun effetto
provvedere alla loro sostituzione.
THE CUTTING UNIT IS JOLTING
CAUSES REMEDIES
The pivots of the motor-spindle support are not lubri-
cated.
The cylinder gaskets are damaged.
The cylinder is improperly adjusted.
Lubricate the pivots.
Check the effi ciency of the gaskets by disconnecting
the bottom pipe of the cylinder, with the compressed
air supply activated. If you notice air leakages from the
bottom fi tting, replace the gasket kit.
Check the effi ciency of the regulators by turning the
adjusting screws. If this give no effect, replace them.
