REGOLAZIONE ANGOLAZIONE 45°
SINISTRA E 45° DESTRA, TESTA MOBILE
ADJUSTING THE 45° LEFT AND 45° RIGHT
HAND POSITIONS OF THE MOBILE HEAD
REGOLAZIONE TAVOLA
GIREVOLE 45° DESTRA
- Scollegare il collegamento elettrico e pneumatico della
macchina.
- Ruotare la tavola girevole inposizione 45° sinistra.
- Allentare la leva (
1
) e sfi lare tutto il gruppo del pressore.
- Tramite chiave Allen 8 mm svitare le due viti (
2
) per
togliere il supporto pressore.
- Inserire una chiave Allen 4mm nel foro (
3
) e sbloccare il
grano interno. Inserire la chiave Allen 5 mm nel foro (
4
)
e ruotare la vite interna a destra o a sinistra. Al termine
bloccare il grano del foro (
3
).
- Rimontare il supporto pressore tramite le due viti (
2
).
Rimontare il supporto pressore.
- Riportare la tavola girevole nella posizione 45° destra.
- Fare qualche prova di taglio come descritto a pag. 67:
ADJUSTING THE
TURNTABLE 45° RIGHT
- Disconnect the machine from the electricity and com-
pressed air supply.
- Turn the turntable to its 45° left position.
- Loosen the lever (
1
) and remove the entire clamp as-
sembly.
- Using an 8 mm Allen wrench, loosen the two screws (
2
)
to remove the clamp support.
- Insert a 4 mm Allen wrench into the hole (
3
) and loosen
the internal dowel. Fit a 5 mm Allen wrench into the hole
(
4
) and turn the internal screw rightwards or leftwards.
Retighten the dowel into the hole (
3
),
- Remount the clamp support using the two screws (
2
). Fit
the clamp support back in place.
- Move the turntable back to its 45° right position.
- Carry out a few test cuts, as described on page 67:
Può essere necessario eseguire alcune piccole regolazioni
sulle angolazioni di taglio 45° Dx e 45° Sx. Procedere come
segue:
You may fi nd it necessary to make small corrections on the
45° right and 45° left cutting angles. Proceed as follows:

- Inserire una chiave Allen 4mm nel foro (

) e sbloccare il
grano interno. Inserire la chiave Allen 5 mm nel foro (

e ruotare la vite interna a destra o a sinistra. Al termine
bloccare il grano del foro (
5
).
- Riportare la tavola girevole nella posizione 45° sinistra.
- Fare qualche prova di taglio come descritto a pag 67:
