POSSIBILI INCONVENIENTI TROUBLESHOOTING
IL MOTORE NON PARTE
CAUSE RIMEDI
Interruttore generale bloccaporta in posizione “0”.
Tensione di rete assente.
Protezione termica saltata.
Guasto alla scheda elettronica di frenatura del motore.
Verifi care e nel caso posizionare l’interruttore generale
in posizione “1” e premere il pulsante di avvio.
Controllare se arriva tensione alla morsettiera del qua-
dro elettrico. Controllare che il valore nominale della
tensione sia costante su tutte le fase.
Ripristinare l’interruttore termico del salvamotore nel
quadro elettrico. Se il salvamotore non rimane inserito
è necessaria la verifi ca dell’avvolgimento del motore e
se non si ottengono risultati apprezzabili è necessario
procedere alla sostituzione del motore.
E’ necessario la sua sostituzione.
THE MOTOR DOES NOT START
CAUSES REMEDIES
The interlocked power switch is in “0” position.
Power failure.
An overload cut-out has tripped.
The motor’s electronic brake card is faulty.
Check and if necessary turn the power switch to “1”
and press the start button.
Check if electric energy is being delivered to the termi-
nal board inside the switchboard. Make sure the rated
voltage is constant on all phases.
Reset the thermal switch of the overload cut-out in the
switchboard. If the cut-out keeps tripping, you will need
to check the motor winding. If no satisfactory result is
noted, replace the motor.
Replace it.
LA TESTA DI TAGLIO NON SCENDE
CAUSE RIMEDI
Il motore non è acceso.
Gruppo lama non in posizione di riposo.
Verifi care e nel caso posizionare l’interruttore in posi-
zione“1”, premere un pulsante rotazione lama.
Verifi care che il gruppo lama sia nella posizione di mas-
sima corsa inferiore ed il led del sensore di fi ne corsa
sia acceso. Nel caso non sia illuminato controllare la
posizione di taratura.
