SENSOR ASSEMBLY / MODULE REPLACEMENT

Review Product Certifications for any restrictions associated with a safe

installation.

1.

Set the Transmitter in Replace Sensor Mode

a.

2.

Replacing the Sensor Module.

a.

Remove the sensor housing cover.

b.

Remove the sensor module. Attach the new sensor module by

properly aligning the pin connection.

c.

Reassemble the sensor components.

i.

Applying an anti-seize lubricant to the threads is recommended.
Do not obstruct the gas sensor port by making direct contact with
any tape or any other apparatus.

ii.

Tighten the sensor housing by hand only.

d.

Once the sensor has been replaced, restart the transmitter using the
LCD menu system.
