Add Additional Pages to a Scanned Document
Once a document is scanned, you can add more pages to your current
scan. Make sure the document is displayed in the workspace, insert
more documents into the scanner, make any necessary settings
changes, and touch the
SCAN
button again. The new pages are added
to the end of the open file.
The scanned page(s) are added to the end of any already-scanned
pages. To change the order of pages, follow these steps:
1.
Touch the
Edit
tab.
2.
If you are not in the Thumbnail view, touch the Thumbnail button
at the top of the screen.
3.
If the page you want to move isn’t shown, use the Right and Left
arrow keys to display it.
CHANGE THE ORDER OF
SCANNED PAGES
4.
Touch the page you want to move, to highlight it with a red border.
5.
Use the Up and Down arrow keys at the top of the screen to move
that page up or down in the order of pages.
6.
Make any edits or send the document as described in this chapter.
