Image Quality
Use the Image Quality controls to fine-tune your images.
•
To adjust the brightness (overall lightness or darkness of the
image), use the Lighter/Darker control. See “Lighter / Darker”
on page 112.
•
To adjust the contrast (the intensity between the brightest white
and the darkest black on the image), use the Contrast control.
See “Contrast” on page 113.
•
To adjust the background of an image, use the Background
Removal control.
NOTE:
You may want to use a combination of these controls as shown
in Figure 7-4.
