Look for broken wires, open connections or mis-

Use serial diagnostics section of Maintenance
block of setup to determine if the problem is
internal or external to the terminal.

Discrete inputs or
outputs don’t
operate
Use the discrete input and output diagnostics
section of the Maintenance block of setup or the
DIO status display on the system line to determine
if the problem is internal or external to the terminal.
