IMPORTANT: Installation must be carried out by qualifi ed technicians. This
section is provided for information purposes only and has to be checked and
adapted according to the installation conditions on-site if necessary.
For safety reasons and to maintain the functional integrity of the electrical system,
the unit must be connected to the general power supply according to the following
regulations:

VDE 0100
•
EN IEC 60364
•
EMV
The general power supply must be protected by an upstream 30 mA diff erential circuit
breaker.
The heat pump must be connected to a suitable D-curve circuit breaker (see table below)
in accordance with national standards and regulations for the system location.
The power supply cable must be adapted to match the rated power of the unit and the
wiring length required for the installation (see table below). The cable must be suitable for
outdoor use. For a three-phase system, it is essential to connect the phases in the correct
sequence. If the phases are inverted, the heat pump’s compressor will not work.
In public places, it is mandatory to install an emergency stop button close to the heat
pump.
Mains connection to the heat pump must be carried out by a technician.
