Removing Paper Jams

Push the main assembly back into place and turn the green
lock release lever to the right until it stops.

You will not be able to turn the lock release lever if the main assembly is not
completely pushed in.

CAUTION

Be careful not to get your ﬁngers caught in the gap when pushing the main
assembly back into the copier.

Close the front doors of the main unit.

If the front doors do not close, check to make sure that the green lock release
lever is restored to its original position.

Follow the instructions on the touch panel display.
