Refer to Chapter 2, “Useful Copy Functions,” in the Copying Guide for instructions on the
correct way to load transparencies into a drawer.

•

Refer to “Loading Paper into the Paper Deck,” on p. 5-28 for instructions on the correct
way to load paper into the paper deck (option).

.

Press and then release the button of the drawer that you want
to load paper into.

Gently press the button all the way to the back. If you do not press the button all
the way, you will not be able to pull the drawer out. In this case, push the drawer
back in and press the button again.

2

Grip the handle and pull the drawer out until it stops.
