*: <cid> is the number used to control the destination
(APN) for the Packet communication to be
registered in FOMA terminal. 1 to 10 can be
registered in FOMA terminal. The default value of
<cid>=1 is “mopera.ne.jp” and <cid>=3 is
“mopera.net”. Set cid to 2 or a number between 4
and 10.
In <Maximum bitrate UL> and <Maximum bitrate
DL>, the minimum connection speed [in Kbps] is set
for both upload and download traffic between FOMA
terminal and the base station. If the parameter is set
to None (default), all speeds are permitted. If values
are set, any connection at a speed more than that is
not permitted, and the packet communication may
not be established.
• Operation when parameter is omitted
AT+CGEQREQ= :
Set all <cid> as default.
AT+CGEQREQ=<cid> :
Set specified <cid> as default.
• Command examples
Command used to require 384Kbps upload and
3,648Kbps download (when <cid> is 3)
AT+CGEQREQ=3,2,384,3648
OK
* This command, which is a setting command, is not
stored in the nonvolatile memory written by [&W], and is
not reset by [&F] and [Z], either.

Result Codes
•
Result code format varies from the ATV<n> (P114) setting
of AT command.
•
n=1 (default):Display the result code by character
n=0
:Display the result code by numeric
•
The RS232 protocol requires displaying a communication
speed, however, because the FOMA terminal and PC are
connected with the PCMCIA interface, the displayed
connection speed may not be the same as the actual
connection speed.
