Usage Amount Limit
•
An approximate limit is set on total monthly usage for
WORLD WING after which the service will be disabled.
•
The total approximate monthly usage fees include call/
communication fees under international roaming, digital
communication fees for video calls, etc., and packet
communication fees (but not international forwarding
fees).
•
The current usage fee is checked against the limit, but the
amount of usage is only that already reported by other
carriers. Thus, we may receive notification of usage after a
delay of up to 30 days and this may cause usage fees to
exceed the limit. For this reason, the limit should not be
used for the purpose of stopping usage after a certain
amount has been billed.
•
Even if your total monthly fees exceed the limit, you must
pay all usage fees for services used.
•
After your payment is confirmed, a stopped service is
resumed. (After the payment, confirmation may take a
while before the service is resumed.)
•
This service will be stopped if a special high usage report
(outside the normal billing procedure) is sent by the carrier
and the usage amount on the day of the report exceeds the
usage limit. In this case, we will notify you in writing.
•
For details, contact the “DoCoMo Information Center”
(P97).
