On NetWare

The utility to create and delete an SNMP group object is snmpinst. This is located in the

sys:\system\

directory.

To create an SNMP group object, enter the following command:

SNMPINST -c

<adminContext>

<password>

<ServerDN>

Example:

SNMPINST -c admin.mycontext.treename mypassword myserver

To delete an SNMP group object, enter the following command:

SNMPINST -d

<adminContext>

<password>

<ServerDN>

Refer to the table above for more details.

Example:

On Linux and UNIX

To create an SNMP group object, enter the following command:

ndsconfig add -m

<modulename>
