Step 5: Testing/Purging the system for the first time

To successfully test the system, the following must happen:

Make sure the input type is correct. Most supported robots are NPN
(sinking). Refer to

Monitoring Input/Output Statuses

for more

information.

From the robot or parent machine, make sure to send the following
input commands:

Pressurize Cartridge

‐

Robot Ready

‐

Applicator Home

NOTE:

Applicator Home is optional for jetting, but required to

adjust the waveform.

If you are making use of an unsupported robot or a parent machine,
make sure to have the E-Stop wired to Pin 9

The controller must be in a Ready/OK state
