system will automatically power down itself. The idleness in this context means that neither the
user operates the device nor the business application prevents the device from powering down.
For example, application traffic over the wireless link does not stop automatic suspension from
occurring.

Be aware that you can disable automatic suspension by setting the ‘Suspend Timeout’ to ‘Never’.

Before you begin, open the ‘Power’ control panel applet (see section ‘Control Panel’).

To set the timeout value for the automatic suspension:

1. Select
