Checking/Deleting a Message
Description
A Subscriber, Guest, or Message Center Mailbox user can check if a voice mail message they left for a co-
worker has been listened to by the co-worker. If not, they can delete it. The mailbox user can check on mes-
sages they sent using either the Message Record (
RS
) or Message Forward (
MF
) method. In addition, they
can check on Future Delivery messages
after
the message has been delivered. Checking/Deleting a Message
is a handy way to check on a message a subscriber left for a co-worker if the recipient co-worker is out of the
office. Rather than trying to locate the co-worker outside of the office, the subscriber can just dial
CM
to find
out if the message they left has been reviewed.
