Caution

When changing PINMUX[3:0] or any SMUX bit make sure that the related
interfaces are not active at the time of change and 50 ns after the change.
When changing PINMUX[3:0] it is recommended to issue a software reset by
SYSRESET.SWRESET = 1 afterwards.

BUFPUEN[7:0]

Each of the SYSPINMUX.BUFPUEN[7:0] bits en-/disables internal pull-up
resistors for one of the pin groups 7 to 0. The reset values of BUFPUEN[7:0]
depend on the boot mode selection MODE[11:0].
The reference between SYSBOOTMODE.BOOTMODE[11:0] and the reset values
of SYSPINMUX for both devices are given in tables below.

For further information concerning the pin groups 7 to 0 refer to the chapter "Pin
Function".

Ravin-M

For Ravin-M (SYSBOOTMODE.BOOTMODE8 = 1) the reset value of
SYSPINMUX.BUFPUEN[7:0] depend on the chosen pin multiplex option
SYSBOOTMODE.BOOTMODE[3:0] (MODE[3:0] pin).

Ravin-L

For Ravin-L (SYSBOOTMODE.BOOTMODE8 = 0) the reset value of
SYSPINMUX.BUFPUEN[7:0] depend on SYSBOOTMODE.BOOTMODE9
(MODE9 pin), which en-/disables the internal SRAM after RESET release.
Note that Ravin-L offers only a single pinout option with
SYSBOOTMODE.BOOTMODE[3:0] = 0011
