Example

Following an example how to set up the various addressing registers.

Externally 32 MB SDRAM shall be assigned to MCS0 and 16 MB flash memory
to MCS1:

•

MEMSMSKR0 = 0000 000A

: 32 MB SDRAM, thus address bits

[31:25] are relevant for MCS0

•

MEMSMSKR1 = 0000 0049

: 16 MB flash with timing register set 0

thus address bits [31:24] are relevant for MCS1

The base chip select address range shall be 0000 0000

to 01FF FFFF

for the

SDRAM and 0400 0000

to 04FF FFFF

for the flash:
