This command can be used to stuff bytes in case of any unaligned number of
bytes when using DMA transfers.
The advantage is, that the Host CPU can maintain a complete data segment
including the command bytes to be transferred via DMA.
Below figure gives an example for preceding the 6-byte eeBstCfg command by
two eeNOP commands. Thus the entire command transfer is extended to two
words.

Caution
eeNOP commands must precede the actual commands to be transferred.
If eeNOP would follow the command, eeNOP would be treated as a data byte.
