Battery Precautions
Read the following battery handling precautions to ensure
your safety.

Adhere to these warnings when handling
batteries. Failure to do so may result in personal
injury.
There is a danger of explosion if the battery is
incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the
same type recommended by the
manufacturer.
Discard used batteries according to the
manufacturer's instructions. Never dispose of
batteries by burning them.
Dispose of used batteries promptly.
Keep batteries away from children.
Do not subject batteries to impact.
Do not subject batteries to heat sources
including direct sunlight, open fires,
microwave ovens, and high-voltage
containers.
Do not recharge batteries unless they are
specifically designed for recharging.
Do not disassemble batteries.
Do not solder or puncture batteries.
Do not use a battery that is damaged or
deformed, has any rust on its casing, is
discolored, overheats, or emits a foul odor.
