If you fail to find the source files, contact the store where you purchased
your PC

Uninstall and reinstall the CableFREE card after you have found the
correct path to the source files

If you encounter IRQ Conflicts with Another Device
1.
Open the Control Panel/System/Device Manager/Network Adapters box.
You will see an exclamation mark “!” displayed on the CableFREE card
icon

Highlight the CableFREE card entry and click Properties
3.
On the Resources tab you will see a device conflict message displayed in
the Conflicting device list
4.
Uncheck Use automatic settings and click on the Change Setting button
5.
Select a new IRQ value. When the Conflicting device list confirms there
are no conflicts, click OK to close the windows
6.
Restart the computer
8.4 Connection Problems
•
Check the CableFREE Utility/Adapter Information to see if the card is
working properly. If not, uninstall then reinstall the card following the
instructions in the Installation Guide

Check the antenna connection on the CableFREE card
•
Check the NetBlaster ID or Computer group name to ensure that all PCs have
the same NetBlaster ID (case sensitive) or computer group name (case
sensitive)
