PIE PLATFORMS

An understanding of installing dual-rail
handrails is necessary before installing
a pie platform. For dual-rail handrail
installation, please see

section 18.

Pie platforms are specific to the direction
of the turn and are not interchangeable.
The platforms are named for the direction
the ramp turns as you travel down the
ramp. The pictured layout has a left pie
platform.

Always install pie platforms level, not on
a slope.

Step 1



Install three (3) legs at the three (3) corners of the pie platform.
