Coded in each of two successive subindices in the ASCII character set is the name of a user program.
The subindex with the UB (upper byte) designation contains the first four letters of the name, the
subindex with the LB (lower byte) designation contains the last four letters. If the name has less than
eight letters, the missing letters must be filled with zeros.
