The 'Delivery Roller' drive belts need to be tensioned correctly (see previous section).
- When adjusting the tension of the Lay Side 'Delivery Roller Drive Belt', notice that you
are also providing the tension for the motor drive for this roller.
Once the belts are tensioned correctly, you need to check to see if the roller is located equally
on both sides. You can check this by moving the roller by hand to one end and comparing the
sliding bracket positions to the slots on the side panels of the delivery. If they are not equal, the
lay side must be adjusted using the following method;
Lower the delivery until the unit is vertical.
Remove the 4 fixing screws from the 'Upper End Panel' and
Remove this panel. (See FIG.16.1.2).
On the delivery belt roller shaft there is a pulley on the layside. Loosen
the two M4 securing set screws and rotate the pulley to re-align the two
sides of the delivery roller.
