Main Fold Rollers - Replacement.

The main rollers should be fitted into the folding unit in the reverse order of removal.
Procedure for replacing the rollers is as follows:-

Insert the roller assembly into the frame from the operator side of the machine.

Replace screws to lock hub in position.

The parallelism can now be set,

Insert the roller assembly into the frame from the lay side of the machine.

Replace screws to lock hub in position, refit wormwheel (ensure correct orientation)

The parallelism can now be set,

Replace screws to lock hub in position, refit layside collar.

The parallelism can now be set,

Replace The 1st Roller Assembly as follows:-

Replace The 2nd Roller Assembly as follows:-

Insert the roller assembly into the Folder Unit from the operator side of the

machine.
