Chapter Seven: Operation in Setup Mode

How To Perform Sensor Calibration/MFC Setup

Refer to How To Perform Sensor Calibration/MFC Setup, page 190, for steps 1 through 3.

4. Enter the range of the MFC, in sccm.

The default is 1000 sccm. The range is 0.0002 sccm to 1 x 10

sccm.

A. If the display is correct, press the [

ENTER

] key.

B. If the display is incorrect, enter the correct range, then press the [

ENTER

] key.

The system responds by accepting the new value.
