8.2.6 DISA, DIRECT INWARD SYSTEM ACCESS
If you are assigned to use this feature and you are working externally, you can call your
office and get access to an external line in order to make business calls.

8.2.7 DIVERT INTERNAL/EXTERNAL CALLS
All calls to your extension can be diverted to an internal or external extension of your
choice
.

Enter the menu by pressing the “Menu” soft key.

Select "Call services".

Select "Divert calls"

Select "Internal" or "External".

Select "Activate".

Enter number to divert to, or press the soft key
to enter the call contact list.

Press "OK"
The handset sends a diversion reason code to the system by establishing a call. The
call will automatically be disconnected after a few seconds.
To stop diversion select "Deactivate" and press the soft key "OK".
