DESCRIPTIONS

3.1 DT4X3 DECT TELEPHONE

IMPORTANT:

The handset may retain small metal objects around the mouth cap or

earcap region.

Case

The plastic cover parts are made of durable PC/ABS material.

Antenna

The antenna is integrated inside the handset.

Loudspeaker

The handset has a separate loudspeaker for the loudspeaking function. It is placed on
the back side of the handset.

Battery

The battery is a rechargeable Li-Ion

battery, placed under a battery cover. See

13.1.4

Replace the Battery

on page 77.

The battery is fully charged within four hours. See

The non-EX classified battery can be charged separately with a battery pack charger.

IMPORTANT:

When charging the EX classified handset, it is only permitted to use a

charger marked with DC3-BxxB, DC4-BxxB or CR3-BxxC on the label. It is not
