In the Network Settings screen, touch [Mail/Scan Setting].

Touch [E-mail Mode].

Specify the necessary settings for the parameters in the page that
appeared.

Touch [Enter].

Mail/Scan Setting (Scan Mode) screen

Specify the file format and coding method that is given priority with Scan
to E-mail, Scan to Server, Scan to PC (FTP), Scan to PC (SMTP) or Scan
to HDD transmissions.

The file format specified here is the default file format when new one-
touch keys are registered.
