11-4 Scanner Mode
G If it is difficult to identify the recipient from a folder name created with
only the recipient information, for example, if the recipient information
(transmission source information) contains only a telephone number,
a more easily identifiable name can be added in front of the recipient
information.
To change the folder name, use the [Rename] command in Windows.
To change the folder name
1. Right-click the folder that you wish to rename.
2. Select [Rename].
3. In front of the recipient information, type in “$” and the name for
identifying the recipient.

In a one-touch key, register the IP address of the computer where the
data will be forwarded.

Specify the document management settings.

In the Sort Settings dialog box in IP Scanner, specify the folder for
filing.

When a fax document is received, the document is forwarded to the
specified folder on the computer according to the specified document
management conditions.
