Find out where the paper is jammed.

Paper Jam in the Paper Cassette

If the paper is jammed in the paper
tray, open the cover of the paper
tray.

Pull the paper in the direction of the
arrow.

Close the cover firmly.

Paper Jam in the Multi Purpose Tray

If the paper is jammed in the multi
purpose tray, carefully remove it as
shown.
