Instruction Manual

Air within water system

No water in bubbler

No or dripping waster from filling pipe

Reassembly / air residue

Insufficient pressure within building

Defective magnetic valve

Defective pressure caliper

Blocked core within magnetic valve

Excessive pressure at magnetic valve <5,5bar

Defective magnetic valve

Check pressure / adjust to min. 2.5 bar

Replace magnetic valve

Clogging within hose or hand piece

Clogged selective membrane

Selective membrane does not open or does
not open entirely

Dirt or encrustation within hand piece

Clean / replace filter

Check location of clogging. Separate hose
and hand piece form hose holder, disas-
semble and clean them

Replace hose

(small 320.3031.01)

(big 320.3030.01)

Remove filter cover and/or hose from filter
unit, remove dirt particles with appropriate tool
(e.g. blunt tweezers) .
Caution!
Do not damage selective membrane!

Open slide feed

Turn on suction engine and check it if neces-
sary

Clean area of negative pressure within filter
unit, remove filter unit and clean remove dirt
particles with appropriate tool, e.g. tweezers
or water jet.
Check regulator hose within hose holder for
breaks
Check 3/2-way valve

Disinfect hand piece , disassemble, clean and
autoclave it
