Calibration

Number of Active Database Settings

Latch on Trigger

Timer/Switch Value

Usage:

Can be useful when certain settings that are needed for one application are

not needed in another and processing time is at a premium.

Definition:

This value sets the number of configuration database settings (in

Database

Index

) that are active. If

Control Trigger

mode has been selected, this

setting is ignored.

Any number from 1 to 7.

Usage:

Useful when only one database index is required for the application.

Definition:

This feature is only used in

Control Trigger

mode. If enabled, the configuration

database settings selected at the start of a read cycle will remain active

during the entire read cycle. If

Latch on Trigger

is disabled, depending on

the control trigger inputs, the scanner’s optical settings can change

throughout the read cycle.

Note:

When

Control Trigger #3

is enabled,

Latch on Trigger

is also

enabled regardless of its previous setting.
