This information is displayed:
- Program: How long the program was active in the selected period.
- Measurement: How long the measurement was active in the selected period.
- Sensors: How long the sensors were active in the selected period.
Axis section
:
- Distance travelled: Distance travelled by the measuring system in the selected period.
- Distance since last maintenance: Distance travelled by the measuring system in the
selected period since the last maintenance.
- Last service: Time of the last service performance.
- Warning, Alarm: Indicates if maintenance is required. The warning occurs after half a
year and the alarm after one year. The fact that maintenance is required is also indicated
in the system overview. The necessary maintenance steps for the warning or alarm is
explained in more detail in the chapter “Maintenance”.
After maintenance or service has been performed, the interval must be reset by pressing
the Reset button.
Under the
Axis
section, the currently produced length is displayed as in the System
Overview.
With the
Export
button all gap values with the corresponding date and time can be
exported to a file.
5.11.4 Properties
Under the menu item
Extras > Properties
a new view opens.
The value „defaultFixPosTarget“ can be used to specify a default value for the fixed track
measurement. This value is specified in millimeters. It is used if no fixed track position
is sent by the interface or 0.0 mm is specified in the fixed track view. In the view below
850.00 mm is set.
It can also set the scaling factor for the analog output (deviation from the setpoint of the
thickness). This is specified in mm per volt.
In the figure below, this value is set to 0.1 mm per volt.
