5.4.1 Move Measurement Carriage, Calibration Target
The actuators of the system can be moved via the corresponding buttons in the view
System overview if the measurement has not been started and the necessary rights
exist. You can activate resp. deactivate these buttons via the menu Measurement >
Manual mode .

Calibration target position
The calibration target is swiveled out of the measuring gap. The
calibration target is currently in parking position, apparent from
the red arrow.
The calibration target is swiveled into the measuring gap.
Two other calibration targets are integrated for additional control.

5.4.2 Emergency Stop, Area Stop
In case of an emergency stop resp. area stop situation, both the red signal lamp on the
measuring system and also the virtual red LED

to blink. After elimination of the cause and resetting of the external emergency stop sig-
nal resp. the area stop, the measurement carriage traverses in its parking position.
The state emergency stop can be set externally. The area stop is also displayed in the
view
System overview
by means of a red LED. An area stop situation does not need
to be confirmed, the traversing unit traverses in its home position. The system waits for
further commands.
In the emergency stop resp. area stop situation the motor and compressed air is imme-
diately turned off. All components can be moved manually.
