1. Boiler automatics enables setting:

boiler temperature;

temperature in central heating circuit of central heating system 1,central heating system 2;

temperature of hot utility water;

room temperature;

temperature of return water from central heating system (function protecting the boiler exchanger);

time of igniter operation (depending on fuel type);

fuel feeder operation;

manual control of feeder and fan;

automatic burner power modulation (fuzzy logic);

automatic air dosage (lambda probe module).
2. Thermal sensor
Mechanical STB protection is located in the boiler and protects the heating system against overheating. It is set
at 95oC. Above this temperature it switches off the fan, switching on the central heating and central water
pumps, as well as two additional ones, and opens the mixing valve.
3. Fuzzy Logic control method (advantages):

very advanced algorithm;

reduces the amount of burnt fuel, eliminating to a large extent creation of impurities and soot in the
boiler;

high stabilisation of boiler operation temperature - eliminates water vapour condensation in the boiler;

combustion chamber temperature is high and stable, thus reducing carbon monoxide emissions.
4. Lambda probe
The lambda probe continuously adjusts the amount of supplied air in order to ensure the best possible
operation of the appliance and to reduce carbon monoxide emissions to a minimum under specific conditions
of the boiler load, fuel type and weather conditions. The adjustment takes place continuously during the whole
operation cycle of the boiler.
5. Flue gas temperature sensor
It is located in the flue pipe of the boiler. Enables the measurement of the flue gas temperature. When the flue
gas temperature exceeds 250oC, the fan is automatically turned off until the combustion temperature
decreases.
6. Mixer valve actuator x2
This device is used to set the preset temperature of the heating circuit in the central heating system while
maintaining a constant temperature in the boiler. The temperature is calculated from the heating curve
depending on the outside temperature.
