available; nor is it activated if you brake firmly

with assistance from ESP

PRE-SAFE

is no longer available; it is also not

activated if you brake firmly with assistance

from ESP

ESP

still provides support when you brake

firmly

EBD (electronic brake force distribu-

tion)

General notes

EBD monitors and controls the brake pressure

on the rear wheels to improve driving stability

while braking.

WARNING

If EBD is malfunctioning, the rear wheels can
