s lig h tly fo rw a rd w h ile liftin g o r
p u s h in g d o w n . A d ju s t head re stra in t
to s u p p o rt th e back o f the head ap­
p ro x im a te ly at ear level. H owever,
do n o t pull up th e head re stra in t
past th e detent.
