Air Distribution
A ir c o n d itio n e d , w arm ed, o r fresh a ir may be d ire c t­
ed to th e fo o t area, th e w in d s h ie ld , and the side o u t­
lets (8). The c e n te r o u tle ts (6) are fo r n o n-heated air
only.
The a ir vo lu m e th ro u g h th e c e n te r o u tle ts (6) and side
o u tle ts (8) may be cha n g e d w ith levers (7) and (9)
respectively. P u shing th e lever up opens th e a ir o u t­
lets co m p le te ly.
Tem perature Selection
Use the tem perature selector wheel to set the
I desired tem perature. The selected tem perature is
reached as quickly as possible and maintained.
Use a basic setting of “ 22” . Refine your setting only in
small steps to avoid large tem perature fluctuations.
“ M IN ” (n o tc h e d -in ) = m a xim u m c o o lin g o r fresh air
d e p e n d e n t on push b u tto n se le ctio n o f th e a ir c o n d i­
tio n in g m ode c o n tro l.
“ M AX” (n o tc h e d -in ) = m axim u m heating.
A /C M ode Control Switch
iO Position t H (Economy) = Economical setting.
^ In this setting the air conditioning com pressor
'— stays off. Tem perature regulation is maintained only
during the heating phase.

c o m p re s s o r com es on as soon as th e v e h ic le ’s in te rio r

th e c o m p re s s o r o n-tim e.
